Are the product photos of the exact container?
A listing marked “Exact unit photos” shows the listed unit. Otherwise, photos represent the model. Request current photos of the exact unit before approving an order.
Is the container in stock?
The availability badge shows the latest status entered by our team. “Confirmation needed” means stock has not been verified. We confirm current inventory in your quote.
Does the displayed price include delivery?
No. A listing shows its base container price and, where available, a monthly rental rate. Freight and any options are confirmed separately for your ZIP and site.
Can I buy or rent the same model?
Some models have both choices. A displayed monthly rate indicates a rental option to ask about; dates and the exact unit are confirmed before agreement.
What does the depot map show?
Markers identify sourcing cities, usually at approximate city centers. They are not public pickup directions unless an exact location has been confirmed.
Can I get an online delivery estimate?
Enter your ZIP in a product request. A preliminary dollar range appears only when our team has configured a planning range for that ZIP region. We still prepare a final freight quote for the specific container and route.
How do I request a custom build?
Visit Custom Builds and share your intended use, preferred size, modifications and delivery ZIP. We’ll help identify a base container and scope the work.
Do I pay online?
No payment is collected on this website. We confirm the exact unit, delivered total and next steps directly with you.
What is the difference between one-trip, cargo worthy and wind and water tight?
One-trip describes a near-new model with limited prior cargo use. Cargo worthy refers to a used unit suitable for transport after inspection. Wind and water tight is typically chosen for storage. The exact unit's condition is confirmed with photos and details before an order.
What should I check before container delivery?
Share your ZIP, access route, gate and driveway width, overhead obstacles, ground surface and desired door direction. Photos help us assess the placement plan; the delivery equipment and final freight quote depend on the specific unit and site.
Are rental terms shown in the monthly price?
The monthly figure is an indicative base rate where displayed. Ask for availability, minimum term, delivery, pickup, deposit and other terms in a written quote before agreeing to rent.
Can you promise a pickup point shown on the map?
No. An unverified marker identifies only a sourcing city. We confirm a real available unit and its pickup point as part of your quote.
